Careers at Ad Snipper
Build a global career.
From Karachi.
We hire marketers, designers, developers, and VAs who want to work with international agencies, not local sweatshops. Real clients. Real work. A team that has your back.
Working at Ad Snipper isn’t like working in Pakistan.
Here’s the honest version. Most agencies in the city pay you in rupees to do work no one outside your team will ever see. You spend three years polishing decks for clients you never meet.
We’re not that.
Our talent gets paired directly with agencies in the US, UK, Australia, and across Europe. You sit on their Slack. You join their calls. You ship work that runs on real budgets. You learn the way people learn when the stakes are real, not when they’re invented for your annual review.
You stay in Karachi. Your career goes global.
The Roles We’re Growing
Four tracks. Each one trained on real
client work from day one.
Marketing Specialists
Paid ads, SEO, email, content strategy. If you can read a dashboard and tell a story from it, we want to talk.

View Open PositionsWhat You Actually Get
Skip the “we have free coffee” energy.
Here’s what matters.
International exposure, local salary structure
You work with global agencies and you get paid for it. Salaries are benchmarked against what Pakistani talent in this space should be making, not what they usually settle for.
Annual paid leaves + sick days
Time off is a right, not a favor. Paid leaves, sick days, and public holidays. We track them so you don’t have to chase them.
Health coverage
Outpatient and inpatient coverage for the team. Because getting sick shouldn’t be a budgeting decision.
Performance bonuses, not promises
Quarterly bonuses tied to client retention and personal performance. The numbers are transparent. No “we’ll see how the company does.”
Real training, not LinkedIn courses
You get trained on the exact tools international agencies use. HubSpot, Figma, GA4, Klaviyo, the whole stack. On the company.
Office in Karachi. Not your aunt’s house.
A proper office with good chairs, fast internet, decent coffee, and people you’ll actually want to grab lunch with. Centrally located, easy commute.
The Part Nobody Else Talks About
You won’t be doing the same job in two years.
Most outsourcing companies want to keep you where you are. We don’t. The whole model breaks if our people stop growing. Here’s what that looks like in practice:
- A dedicated account manager and a senior on every track who actually reviews your work.
- Quarterly skill assessments so we can tell you where you stand. No vague “you’re doing great” feedback.
- A clear path from Associate to Lead to Manager. With salary bands attached to each one, in writing.
- Side projects, conference budgets, and time blocked off for learning. Not in your free time. In ours.
Culture Without the Buzzwords
We won’t pretend we’re a family.
We’re a team. Teams are better than families anyway. You can leave a team without it being weird. A few things we actually believe:
- Work hard, leave on time. Burnout is a productivity problem, not a badge.
- Respect the craft. If you don’t care about the details, this isn’t the place.
- Ask the dumb question. Every senior here was once new. Pretending you understood that brief helps no one.
- Own the outcome. We don’t track tasks. We track results.
You’ll do well here if:
- You speak and write English fluently. Not “fluent on a CV.” Actually fluent.
- You’ve already done work you’re proud of, even if no one saw it.
- You’re calm in client meetings and honest in team ones.
- You’d rather solve the problem than win the argument.
- You can take feedback without taking it personally.
- You want to be one of the best in Pakistan at what you do. Not just employed at it.
And honestly, you probably won’t enjoy this if:
- You’re looking for a job to coast in.
- You’re shopping around for the highest offer and the lowest expectations.
- You think English is just a checkbox.
- You go silent when something goes wrong instead of flagging it.
